Vanessa Bombardieri transitioned to coaching after 20 years of experience working for not-for-profit organizations throughout the New York City area. She was drawn to coaching as a way of making an individual impact on the lives of her clients and by its potential to fuel transformation and decision-making.
In addition to supporting people of all backgrounds in parenthood decision-making, she also coaches creatives, neurodivergent individuals, and not-for-profit leaders and staff. Vanessa’s coaching practice reflects her unique identities and strengths.
Vanessa joined The Baby Decision (TBD) in August of 2023. In addition to her coaching practice, Vanessa manages TBD’s social media, public relations, and new client intake process. She is thrilled to work alongside her mother as a Baby Decision coach!
Outside of TBD, Vanessa is also Managing Director of New York City’s White Horse Theater Company, where she works as Producer, Dramaturg and Director. She holds a BA in Theater Directing from Bard College. Vanessa also holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU’s School of Professional Studies, and is currently working towards her International Coach Federation (ICF) credentials. Vanessa, her wife Cyndy and cat Ernie, split their time between New York City and the Catskills region.
